Francis Property Management

Francis Property Management (FPM) was established in 1996. FPM's sole responsibility is the management of real property owned by Reed Francis and located in Chico, CA. FPM manages 189 residential units, 120 warehouse units, 214 self storage units and various other spots and spaces, lots, nooks and crannies on 17 sites in the Chico area.
