RDE TNL provides expertise in economic development for Francophones who wish to use the French language as an added value in order to strengthen the position of the Francophone community within the Newfoundland and Labrador economy. RDE TNL aims to enhance the labor market and diversify the economy by supporting business and entrepreneurship, in addition to promoting Newfoundland and Labrador as a tourist destination in francophone markets.
