Freedom Airline Express Ltd was established to take advantage of the new development in Eastern Africa and capitalize on a niche market that is opening up soon. After a careful consideration, we decided that a company be formed and be based in Nairobi, Kenya. The underlying principle is that major airlines are not going to be ready within the next five years to take advantage of the new markets in Somalia, Kenya and Southern Sudan. It is the peace initiative that have happened so far, that have prompted Freedom Airline Express Ltd to take the bold step of venturing into these markets with charter and passenger services. The need to supply the various regions in these two emerging economics is going to dictate our growth as an airline. In addition, the proposed new airline is designed around and operated utilizing the most up-to-date electronic, informational, and aviation technologies to ensure low operating and marketing costs, maximum efficiency in deployment of its recourses, and a high level of customer service and convenience. And it is this final element - dedicating the airline, its staff, and its organization to providing a high level if customer service and convenience, and efficiently meeting the needs, wants, comfort and safety of the passenger / cargo - that will assure the proposed airline's rapid acceptance in the market place and its long-term growth and success. Freedom Airline Express Ltd is a low cost airline its start up. It has been organized to take advantage of a specific gap in the short-haul domestic passenger and charter market. The gap exists in the availability of low-cost services out of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Wilson Airport in Nairobi, Kenya. The demand for scheduled passenger travel on selected routes from Nairobi indicated that a new entrant airline could be expected to capture a significant portion of the current air travel business at these two hubs.
