Fresh Beginning

Fresh Beginnings began in 1985 as a customer retention organization with the assistance of three dedicated "believers" serving a handful of loyal clients. Initial offerings were gift products such as "Thank You" cookies and direct mail pieces sent to our clients' customers at regular intervals. Our prime market originally was and still is the automotive industry. Automotive manufacturers recognized the need to improve quality and customer service as their customer base increasingly became more knowledgeable and demanding. The Automotive Industry soon initiated customer satisfaction rating systems based on customer satisfaction responses. However, the dealerships did not have the time or manpower to conduct these satisfaction surveys, so Fresh Beginnings diversified into providing this service to their clients. In September of 1999, Fresh Beginnings opened the call center whose main function was to contact and survey our clients' targeted customers and prospects. By the end of 1999, Fresh Beginnings had evolved into a leader in the customer retention field and employed close to 150 full time employees and approximately 50 temporary employees serving several thousand business accounts across the US and Canada. Since then, we have introduced many new concepts to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and the industry. Currently, our suite of products includes: CRM software, data mining, desking, internet management tools, technical training, and consulting as well as our traditional Cookie and Executive Gift Program. Now, Fresh Beginnings has several diverse divisions to include the Advertising Specialty Industry Division featuring custom executive gifts of fancy foods and fine confections, Direct Mail Marketing, and eLEAD CRM. eLEAD CRM is a completely integrated web-based CRM solution designed to combine technology, people, and media to provide the best in owner loyalty and customer satisfaction.
