Specifically, we are looking for an individual who will: Develop and execute results-oriented, data-driven advertising programs for our nonprofit clients. Design, test, and implement digital ad campaigns to grow and broaden audiences, re-target existing audiences and raise funds for our client's causes. Track, measure and optimize advertising performance in real-time allowing you to make timely strategic recommendations around shifts in creative, investment levels or approach based on data. Come up with creative approaches for testing and optimization that reach beyond normal best-practice execution of campaigns. Build our portfolio of clients
