FRIESSEN CONSTRUCTION

Friessen Construction Co., Inc, is a Sioux Falls, South Dakota construction and development company specializing in site development, excavation, demolition, material delivery, concrete construction, site utilities and snow removal services. Founder Warren Friessen started the business in 1968, focusing on home and commercial building excavation and finish grading. He later expanded his services into street construction and reconstruction. Warren had a vision to develop a lake in western Sioux Falls, which is known today as Lake Lorraine. Friessen Construction Company is run by Warren's oldest daughter, Cynthia Monnin, and is widely-respected across the region as a leader in site-development work.
