The Feather River Land Trust is a private, non-profit organization founded by residents of the Feather River region. Rooted in our region, we are also meet standards of excellence for national accreditation. We work with willing landowners and local communities to conserve land in the Feather River region and steward its ecological and cultural values for current and future generations. We accomplish our mission through three programs: Land Protection Program: Conserves publicly important lands and waterways Land Stewardship Program: Maintains, restores, and enhances land health and other publicly important conservation values like historic buildings and cultural resources Land & People Program: Nurtures and restores people's relationship to land through nature-based education, recreation, and stewardship activities Why join the Feather River Land Trust?
