During this time, the company has become widely known in Poland. We have come a long way - from a small Warsaw ice cream shop in the 1940s to a major manufacturer and exporter to the European market. This was possible thanks to the immense commitment of our employees to the development of exciting products that meet the expectations of ice cream aficionados. In April 2004, Zielona Budka was acquired by a Germany-based company Rocandin GmbH. Rocandin bought the shares of our company from the funds managed by Enterprise Investors. This means that a financial shareholder was replaced by a trade shareholder with an established third place in the ice cream market of Western Europe. Two years later, in 2006, Rocandin GmbH joined forces with a UK ice cream company Richmond Foods plc. We became part of a huge ice cream business R&R Ice Cream. www.rr-icecream.eu
