Frontier e-HR offers comprehensive care services for our clients, namely the Guardian Services. Under the premium Guardian Services, Frontier e-HR will take up proactive ownership to work closely with client's HR Administrator to ensure the on-going system's fitness such as: Audit & update the system configuration to ensure on-going compliance to the company's latest HR policies Audit the data consistency and integrity in the system, provide reports and take actions for remedies if required Audit to ensure proper definition of access rights Check database health Review client's HR Administrator's system proficiency; equip the required system skills including training to new HR administrators. Under the Client Development, besides our customer support team who will be able to attend to any questions that you may have, our Business team's Account Manager will ensure to attend to any request from you for any change request. The Account Manager will be able to coordinate any solutions that you may require to ensure optimum automation of HR processes using Frontier e-HR system.
