Frontline guarantees their products and has a product warranties in place in the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects. The Product Warranty assists in the replacement or repair of the product if any manufacturing defects are present. Frontline's products are designed to be cost effective and durable. Each product holds its own unique Warranty Period. Please feel free to request information on a particular product's Warranty Period from Frontline. Frontline requires the customer to inspect their products upon receipt. Any obvious manufacturing defects must be reported immediately (before the product is used). A product must not be put in use if there is a manufacturing defect present that could result in an injury, and if products that are known to the customer to be defective are put in operation, Frontline accepts no liability for any resulting outcome. The customer must contact Frontline and submit a claim in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the product(s) to be eligible to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product. Frontline reserves the right to request documentation in the form of photos, copies of packing slips and the like, including prepaid return shipping of the product in question, to ensure the issue is clarified and resolved promptly. Standard questions may also be asked in order to provide accurate and timely response to a claim. Failure or significant delay to provide the necessary information requested by Frontline may delay or even void the claim process. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number may or may not be issued depending on the claim. This RMA number must be used in regard to all correspondence with the issue and must be noted on any packaging of the product(s) sent to Frontline for assessment. Failure to note the RMA information on a package being returned to Frontline will delay the processing of the claim. Frontline reserves the right to change prices or product designs as well as discontinue a product at any time without further notice. If a product is noted as defective that has since had a status change to a discontinued product, an exchange to an equivalent product may be offered or an upgrade to a premium product (at the discretion of Frontline) may be available with the customer responsible for the difference in cost. Frontline guarantees the quality and functionality of its products when used in the correct manner in observance of its product specific assembly instructions, warning labels, and disclaimers. If these are not followed correctly, it may result in damage to the unit or personal injury, and the Product Warranty will be void. Failure to comply with Frontline's Product Warranty policy may result in additional charges and fees, determined at the discretion of Frontline. In cases of warranty disputes, Frontline reserves the right of the final judgment and/or decision on the nature and cause of damage and the fair and applicable warranty response and/or solution. Under Frontline's Product Warranty, product(s) believed to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced at the discretion of Frontline upon inspection of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Frontline for inspection of the issue, ensuring that the product is in otherwise impeccable condition. Upon delivery, Frontline will inspect the product. If the customer claim is validated by Frontline, a replacement product will then be returned via standard ground shipping free of charge. Any rush shipping charges are not covered by this Product Warranty policy. Free replacement products cannot be sent until a thorough assessment of the supposed defective product has been made by a Frontline Quality Control team member. At the discretion of Frontline, if the received product is deemed not to have a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified and the product may be repaired/replaced/shipped back at the customer's cost. Issues that are not covered under this Product Warranty include but are not limited to: *Mistreatment of product/Abuse/Vandalism *Misuse including use other than for its intended purpose. *Unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration, by anyone other than Frontline. *Accidental damage *Natural disasters *Severe storms *Failure to follow product instruction sheets and warning labels *Theft *Loss *Destruction *Damages occurred while in transit *Bulbs and fuses in electrical products *Normal wear and tear *Transportation damages Customized hardware may not be returned.
