In the summer of 2010, FroyoWorld opened its first Frozen Yogurt Lounge on the Yale University campus in the town of New Haven, Connecticut. With its award-winning Original Tart froyo recipe in hand, it introduced the self-serve frozen yogurt in Connecticut. It has overwhelming support for its product from the community of New Haven, so it opened a few more stores. Finally, it became a franchise so that entrepreneurs and business folks could bring the success it has built in their area. It has over 40 locations open in New England and Puerto Rico, over 100 flavors that rotate in every store.
