Fox River Water Reclamation District

FRWRD provides drinking water services to residents in the Skyline area of Kane County with a drinking water plant, water tower, and water distribution system. Residents in the skyline area pay water and sewer bills directly to FRWRD whereas in all other areas, FRWRD services are billed on the local municipality's water and sewer bill to residents. As FRWRD provides service in both Kane and Cook Counties, FRWRD management is overseen by a Board of Trustees appointed by Illinois State Legislators from the FRWRD service area.
