FCA is currently involved in multiple projects: organic production management tools (pest control and fertility products) used primarily in horticulture and viticulture production; biodegradable re-vegetation and erosion control materials used in new construction and on major state transportation projects; natural fibers for filtration of surface waters combined with remediation technologies to remove pollutants from the environment. These projects are sought for their production of high-value, biobased materials that aid in fulfilling consumer needs, project requirements, promote wise use of renewable resources and sustainability while reducing our dependence on synthetic and/or fossil-based counterparts.
