Fusion Group

The Fusion Group, headquartered in Chesterfield, England, is one of the world's largest manufacturers of electrofusion fittings. Founded in Sheffield in 1971, it has grown from a small engineering business supporting the UK gas industry into an international group of businesses serving gas, water and electricity markets worldwide. It is now represented in more than 30 countries through a network of direct subsidiaries, joint ventures and distribution arrangements. The group specialises in the manufacture and supply of jointing equipment, fittings and fabrications for polyethylene pipe systems used in the transportation of water, sewerage, gas and chemicals. Fusion Group is dedicated to delivering new technologies and developing businesses that add value to utility markets around the world. The main focus of growth has been Fusion's close understanding of all aspects of pipeline construction, stimulating the introduction of innovative products to satisfy the needs of utility customers in gas, water and, more recently, elecricity distribution.
