Fusion People Trades aim to provide a high quality service. We recognise, however, that there will be occasions when we get things wrong or customers are unhappy about some aspect of our service. The aim of our Complaints Policy and Procedure is to give clear details of what steps can be taken to get things put right where there is a problem and to allow us to keep an eye on the quality of service we provide so that we can work to improve it.
