The following are a couple of applications that we've created that may be applicable to you or your business operations that we can now customize to your specifications: Syner-GTM TeXt Support Application - Receive SMS messages from the mobile phones of your providers, partners, vendors, contractors and most especially your customers on your computer, anytime, anywhere. Given that you can be anywhere in the world and log-in to answer your messages, you can even have others log-in from anywhere to read & answer your customers messages. Practical Application: Company X would like to support it's customers efficiently but cannot afford to set up a call center for it's customer care. Upon the implementation of the TeXt Support Application Company X's customers are able to text their inquiries to Company X's TeXt Support Line at any time. As an added bonus, since Company X has partner company in India in a different timezone, employees can log-in and answer inquiries from there at any time of the day or night.
