We pride ourselves on keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in medicine and therapeutics. We use the safest, most advanced anaesthetics available anywhere; Our larger companion centres have air-conditioned kennels with underfloor heating, fluid pumps and warmers, heat blankets, a high dependency unit and isolation kennels. We stock a wide range of high quality pet accessories and food, in addition to a comprehensive prescription drug pharmacy, at each branch. We provide a dedicated 24 hours emergency service, just as in the rest of the practice, and our veterinary team is happy to provide free telephone advice through the day. We produce a quarterly Newsletter, and maintain a Facebook information page. Our qualified RVN nursing team provides continuous invaluable support to the vets' medical and surgical cases. They also run their own clinics providing important routine services such as claw clipping, micro-chipping, post-op checks, weight clinics, senior pet clinics. They're always at the end of a phone to give advice on general care of all life-stages of your pets such as feeding, worming, behavioural issues. They run our puppy parties and school visits/work experience programmes; and oversee our student nurse training alongside the training colleges. There are, however, certain procedures even we can't do (yet) - spinal surgery, radiotherapy, or CT/MRI imaging for example. For these, we utilise the services of dedicated referral centres, or University Teaching Hospitals; bristling with the best equipment that employ surgeons with detailed skills in their specialised field of expertise.
