G.A. Nichols

G.A. Nichols Company specializes in repair and renovation of existing facilities. Our client base includes condominiums, apartments, shopping centers, office parks, mobile home parks, golf courses, and HOA's: Basically anyone with improved real estate. We also bid and perform new construction projects. We have built apartments as the general contractor and been the site contractor on new construction commercial projects. We are typically called upon at the initial discovery of a problem. With our expertise we can usually diagnose the problem and a solution. If the problem requires the involvement of an architect or registered engineer we can assist the client accordingly. Prior to forming G.A. Nichols Company, Greg was with a real estate development and construction company for 26 years. He progressed through the ranks from field engineer to estimator to project manager in the construction company. Ultimately Greg became a partner in the development company. He was responsible for all new real estate development in the Southern U.S. and completed projects throughout Florida, Georgia and Alabama. His duties were site selection, market studies, site plan development, permitting, construction drawing development, construction coordination and ultimately, property management. Greg has developed single family subdivisions, HUD apartments, luxury apartments, mini warehouses, shopping centers and motels.
