We are a fully owned subsidiary of Gapi S.p.A. located in Castelli Calepio Italy. Gapi USA's origin was in 1988 when it began distribution operations out of a leased facility at the Dayton International Airport. Within a few years, Gapi USA moved operations into a new 45,000 square foot distribution facility located in Clayton, Ohio, within minutes of the intersections of Interstate75 and Interstate 70...the Crossroads of America. Originally operating as a supplier of standard and metric O-rings, Gapi soon expanded its product line to include other elastomeric parts. In 1992, Gapi USA added a full range of PTFE basic shapes. In recent years, the Gapi Group of companies has continued their growth in the Hydraulic and Pneumatic Sealing Solutions Market with even more acquisitions. Gapi USA supports more than 800 active distributors throughout North America.
