We serve local, all natural meat including 100% grass fed (and finished) beef. All of our protein alternatives are GMO-free and gluten-free. We use a variety of organic ingredients and continue to expand on that list. We only serve nourishing healthy fats that enrich the body and are in fact essential to a healthy diet. We support local and source from a multitude of Oregon based businesses. All of our togo ware is 100% compostable. I finally had a chance to try these salads that everyone rants and raves about.
