GBRW Expert Witness is an affiliate of GBRW Limited, a consulting company based in the City of London which provides advice on banking, insurance and investment issues. Over the past 16 years, our directors and associates contracted by us have been instructed as experts in banking, investment management, insurance, stockbroking, derivatives and other disputes. GBRW Expert Witness Limited was established as a separate company in 2010 to reflect the growing importance of this business. It includes the practices of Associated Insurance Experts and Intrabank Expert Witness, acquired in 2009 and 2007. In the past two years, our experts have worked on more than 100 cases involving civil and criminal court proceedings, arbitrations and mediations. They have worked in a range of jurisdictions which include England and Wales, Scotland, Australia, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jersey, New Zealand, Singapore and Sweden.
