The GB Snowsport Board will strive to achieve a minimum 30% gender balance target on its Board and on its Discipline Committees. All appropriate action will be taken to achieve this target, as will actions towards achieving greater diversity on the GB Snowsport Board to include representation by Black, Asian, minority ethnic (BAME) and disabled persons.
