Website of City of Calgary Ward 11 Alderman Brian Pincott. Brian Pincott was elected to serve as Alderman for Ward 11 in the City of Calgary in October 2007. The intent of this website is not only to get information out about what's going on at City Hall, but also to serve as a communication portal for ward information and events. We also hope to be a place where residents of Ward 11 can share information and events with each other. The following communities are in the City of Calgary Ward 11: Altadore, Braeside, Britannia, Cedarbrae, Chinook Park, Kelvin Grove, Eagle Ridge, Elbow Park, Elboya, Kingsland, Lakeview, Mayfair, Bel-Aire, Meadowlark Park, North Glenmore Park, Oakridge, Palliser, Pumphill, Bayview, Parkhill, Stanley Park, Rideau Park, Roxboro, and Windsor Park.
