GEM Mobile Treatment Services, Inc. is the industry leader in providing engineered solutions for the vapor control and wastewater treatment needs of industry. GEM provides processing and treatment technologies either on a mobile or fixed basis to solve routine or complex treatment projects. GEM specializes in the treatment of water and air. Our in-house engineers and scientists apply vapor control technologies to operations, such as Tank Degassing, using vapor combustion, liquid scrubbing, or carbon absorption for emissions control. For treatment of petroleum, petrochemical and industrial waste waters, we employ some of the same technologies in combination with oil - water separation, chemical oxidation, air stripping, precipitation and coagulation, carbon adsorption and filtration. The results of applying our technologies to such client needs are a reduced burden to the environment. We solve logistical, budgetary, quality and scheduling problems for our clients and drastically reduce liabilities associated with these kinds of waste products and airborne contaminants. GEM has been providing mobile and fixed treatment systems to private industry and the public sector since 1994. We service the continental U. S. from six strategic locations and because of systems are self-contained, we can mobilize domestically or internationally. GEM can permit, engineer and build a treatment system in any location. However, our real value is that we can quickly mobilize and begin operation of a portable pre-permitted and pre-engineered treatment system to a customer's facility. We are adept at being completely self-contained or able to hook-in to a pre-existing operating system. GEM is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week to service customer needs. GEM has extensive experience and considerable talents to work with regulatory agencies to obtain permits for our clients and our treatment equipment. We have engineers and scientists on staff that can assess and create technical solutions for routine and complicated problems. We have laboratory capabilities to perform treatability tests that illuminate critical technical data as well as treatment strategies.
