Meet Andrea - Your Autoimmune Strong InstructorHi! I'm Andrea Wool, creator and founder of Autoimmune Strong. I know first hand how difficult fitness can be for someone with autoimmune disease, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain, because I live with those challanges myself. I struggled for years to find a fitness professional who understood how to work with my body's chronic flare-ups and pain.
