Get Claims Advice is by no means insinuating that there is anything wrong or illegal with the way The Resort Group Operates, or that there is any indication that the Resort Group will fail. However there does seem to be issues with the way in which a number of IFA's provided advice about investing which may be unsuitable for many investors. It is these IFA's that any claim may go against, not The Resort Group. The results of the report by BBC Panorama and made public on the 11th July 2016 are not connected to Get Claims Advice and may be disputed.
