Alice Ghirardelli, P.E., founded Ghirardelli Engineering in 1999 in order to provide construction management services of the highest quality and personal professional care available to public agencies. In April of 2001, Ghirardelli Associates, Inc. was incorporated with the addition of principal engineer Mr. Randall Bruner, P.E. Ghirardelli Associates currently serves a variety of public agencies (city, county, transportation, ports), as well as Caltrans Districts, throughout the State of California. It work directly with its clients, providing construction inspection and management, as well as permit oversight and program management services.
