Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, Gilchrist is a nationally recognized, nonprofit leader in serious illness and end-of-life care. They provide counseling, support and care to people at every stage of serious illness, so they may live life to the fullest. Gilchrist extends services to individuals with serious illness who need care and support well in advance of hospice care. While they provide hospice care for children and adults, they also provide counseling and support before and after the loss of a loved one.
