Established in 1985, Gillam & Associates, Inc., is a General Contractor specializing in the construction of large-scale retail developments including big box retail stores, shopping centers and chain supermarkets. Headquartered in Aiken, SC; our company has constructed nearly 30-million square feet of space over a 10 state geographic area in the southeast. Our portfolio includes almost 150 Wal-Mart stores (122 of which are Supercenters), over 80 shopping centers, building supply retailers, a state-of-the-art clubhouse facility, banks, doctor's offices, drug stores and many other architecturally diverse projects.
