Lucia, our administrative assistant, has extensive experience at a customer service level, whom has been in the automotive service industry since 1994, taking care of clients at various BMW and Volvo dealerships. Her main focus has been to advise the client of vehicle repair needs, scheduling appointments, managing clients' expectations, and customer relations. Matt Falsey has been in the automotive repair industry for 25 years. He has a wide range of knowledge in domestic vehicles, Asian imports, and Diesels. He is also a great fabricator: he has worked for Koch's VW Customs, where his work was featured in VW magazines a few times.
