The company is headed and managed by qualified and technical personnel having many years of work experience in supplying a wide range of technical products to aluminum, cement petrochemical, oil & gas, steel and other industries thus enabling GIR to work with our clients in helping them reach their optimum levels of operation through our first hand experience. Our Chairman, Mr. Redha Najjar, has served in Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA) for 27 years at various positions. He has very rich experience in the aluminum smelter business as well as down stream industries. Similarly we have ex-Alba personnel and many other Bahraini nationals who have got excellent experience in Aluminum Industries and other leading manufacturing organizations in Bahrain. Our work force is supplemented by expats from various nationalities thus forming a homogeneous team for excellent results. Whilst our head quarters based in Bahrain, we cater throughout GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, UAE & Kuwait).
