(NSA) provides ecological, urban planning and GIS (Geographic Information System) services to public and private clients throughout the United States, including Alaska and Wyoming. The firm has also performed limited international assignments. NSA was founded in May of 1985 and is headquartered in Winter Park, Florida, with offices in North Carolina and Wyoming. NSA's core services include environmental permitting, mitigation planning, opportunities and constraints analysis, GIS mapping services and planning and entitlement services.
