Glasgow EPB

glasgow epb is the municipally owned electric power, cable television, internet lan/wan utility serving the city of glasgow and immediate surrounding area. we call ourselves the first infotricity utility. this is a term we coined in the 80's when we first began to recognize the synergy between electric power and broadband services.
