Chef Reva is fantastic and makes beautiful, creative, and delicious food! She even incorporates vegetables and herbs from the venues own garden as the season allows. We hosted the most fantastic Rehearsal Dinner for 125 guests at GLCC. All of our guests raved about the venue, and the bride and groom were most pleased! The space looked great, the food was delicious and the wait staff were abundant and delightful. Erika helped us plan every detail and knew just what to recommend to put our special twist on the night. We had our sons Bar Mitzvah party this past Saturday night at GLCC and it was way beyond what we ever imagined it would be. The food and service are beyond outstanding.
