Glenforest STEM

Glenforest STEM is a club at Glenforest Secondary School in Mississauga, located within the Peel District School Board. The school is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School and also offers the Regional Enhanced/Gifted program. The club organizes STEM Talks, Conferences, Workshops and STEM Olympics for students who are interested in pursuing further studies and careers in fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. We organized and hosted Canada's largest student run STEM CONFERENCE that was held on Friday November 20th, 2015 at The Meeting House in Oakville, Ontario. Almost 2000 students, teachers, parents and STEM professionals attended.
