The Glennie School

The Glennie School is an all-girls day and boarding school, located in Toowoomba, Queensland. Glennie provides a well-rounded education, from Kindergarten to Year 12, grounded by Christian values within the Anglican ethos. The school is large enough to offer a broad curriculum, but small enough that every girl is treated as an individual. Glennie girls are educated to the highest academic standards of which they are capable. In addition, Glennie girls are given the opportunities to develop their sporting and cultural talents through a rich, diverse and relevant co-curricular program. By achieving an understanding of their own spiritual dimension, Glennie girls make a positive contribution to the world with a sense of their own worth and character, in addition to a well-developed sense of citizenship. We are a strong and vibrant community of parents, girls, staff and friends of Glennie working together with a common goal of supporting and encouraging all Glennie girls. We seek to inspire the girls to make appropriate choices for their future such that they can lead a happy and successful life. Glennie is known for our outstanding facilities, education and pastoral care programs for girls from Prep to Year 12, while offering individual and contemporary boarding facilities to girls from Year 6 to Year 12. A Kindergarten program for girls and boys is also available.
