Global-5 has marketed the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Florida 511 Traveler Information System for more than 10 years. Florida 511 is a public service providing free, real-time traffic and travel information throughout the state. Through Global-5's outreach efforts, Florida 511 reached two billion impressions in 2016. Of those, 99.97 percent came through a strategic combination of owned, shared and earned media; and public service announcements. Only 0.03 percent was from paid media.
