Global Ethics University is a division of Character Training Inc. (CTI). CTI has been producing quality business ethics training products since 1999. It was founded by author and educator Mark S. Putnam to support company compliance initiatives with positive, character-connected training programs. hat makes CTI different from other ethics-training providers is that it takes the word character seriously. All of CTI's materials have a character focus that is reflected in our slogan, Connecting Character and Compliance - Making Ethics Meaningful. That is our mission and our passion. Character Training Inc. now operates exclusively under the Global Ethics University (GEU) banner. GEU offers its programs to the general public online via its e-learning site Onlineethics.net. GEU offers all of CTI's regular ethics programs, such as Ethics for a Modern Workforce, Ethical Expectations, as well as a wide variety of online courses. Global Ethics University is a for-profit, non-accredited training company. All of Global Ethics University's courses are designed to meet high industry ethical standards. Most courses are general in nature. GEU provides a variety of other educational services to companies, including on-site workshops, speeches, train-the-trainer curriculum, videos, and consulting services. Whether an organization has one hundred or one thousand employees, GEU programs can add a rich dimension to existing HR training programs or they can comprise the exclusive content for a company's ethics training initiative.
