Global Home Finance has established relationships with dozens of wholesale mortgage lending entities over the years. We are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau with no complaints! Global Home Finance Inc. requested a doing business as certificate in August of 2007 in Denton County Texas. Then in March of 2008 we received our approval to operate as a mortgage broker in the state of Texas by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. GHF Inc. received approval by the Texas Secretary of State to operate as an S-corporation in June of 2008. We received our VA Lender ID on December 11, 2009.
