PRIVATE PORT FACILITY OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT. In 2003, Global Terminals and Development, Incorporated (GTI) took over the operations and management of the former US Navy Ship Repair Facility (SRF Compound) one of largest and a key Port Facility in Subic Bay which includes Alava Pier, Rivera Pier and Bravo Wharf. Now called Global Industrial Park, this Private Port Facility is vital logistical berth to all US and Non-US Navy Ships, commercial vessel and break-bulk, dry cargo calling port to Subic Bay. As the Private Port Facility Operator, GTI provides Solid Waste Collection, Sewage Collection (CHT) for vessels, Oily Waste Collection, Port Security, Line Handling Services, Port Equipment Rental, Stevedoring Services for all types of vessels and cargo and other allied port related services. GTI is one of the biggest property developers and leasing companies in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The Global Industrial Park is also home to several business locators in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone such as Ship Building and Repair, Boat and Small Craft Building, Manufacturing Companies, Fabrication Companies, Business Process Out-Sourcing (BPOs) Tugs and Salvage Companies and Warehousing for their Industrial Leasing. On the Commercial Leasing aspect, GTI is home to Villa-type, Balinese-inspired Hotel Complex (Segara Villas), a suite-type hotel (Segara Suites), a Condo-type Hotel Complex (Segara Residencias), a Waterfront Commercial Building for offices and shops (Alava Quay Building), and a Condominium Building with a Restaurant and Coffee Shop (Global Promenade Building).
