Gmsh

As the central service provider to the state of Schleswig-Holstein, Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein AöR (GMSH) takes responsibility for state construction projects on behalf of the state and federal government. It operates real estate used by the state, and procures materials and services for the state authorities. The annual order volume is approximately € 300 million. GMSH was founded on 1 July 1999 with the goal of reducing the burden on the state budget by consolidating requirements. In addition to its headquarters in Kiel, GMSH has twelve offices throughout the state. With 1,300 employees, GMSH is one of the biggest corporations in Schleswig-Holstein.
