Our Adult Day Health Care and In Home Health Care office are located downtown, near many medical complexes and 1/2 mile from MUSC-L Hospital. GoldenCare is a founding member of S.C. Adult Services Coalition and former S.C. Adult Day Care Coalition. Adult Day Health and In Home Health Care services provide a solution for care and workforce issues which have recently intensified. This supervised care enables elderly and special needs citizens to remain in their home, preventing or delaying nursing home or institutional placement. Services are also vital for many caregivers who cannot successfully initiate or return to work without safe care for their loved ones. Our Staff
