Golden Paws Pet Resort & Spa is a family owned and operated business. The dream started in 2013 when Co-founder Dana Kubiak tried to find where her passion was. She had always loved animals since a young age, but never knew exactly where the dream road lead. At the age of 14 she got her very first dog that she has begged for ever since she could talk. A rescue dog named Shadow, he is a golden retriever mix, he fueled her passion for animals, especially dogs. Then working at a vets office thinking she wanted to be a vet assistant but the euthanasia's and sick pets were very hard to handle, she wanted to work with animals that are happy and healthy. In the next few years working at a couple of kennels, she found her true calling. Realizing just how stressful it can be for dogs and cats to be away from home, she wanted to create a place where stress could be reduced and pets would be happier. Thus Golden Paws Pet Resort & Spa was born.
