Good Projects

GOODProjects mission is to end poverty for 500 families in the "GOODZone" by 2030. The GOODZone is made up of the most poverty dense government-funded housing projects in Washington D.C. GOODProjects provides free youth programming to GOODZone students with the goal for 100% of participants to have college as an option upon graduation. GOODProjects Family Success Planning Initiative is the foundational program aiding their mission to end poverty. Family Success Planning is a wrap-around case management based program for heads of households in the GOODZone. Families who sign up for this program are assigned a Family Success Coach who works with them to identify goals and create action plans on Mental Health, Physical Health, Education, Work, and Housing Instability. Family Success Coaches work with each family member daily to achieve their goals.
