DRS offers our board up services to every fire department in our coverage area. When you need a Board Up, you need it NOW! We understand that time is of the essence, that is why we have a dedicated vehicle that is always stocked and ready to respond to the call. Our crews are also ready to respond at any time, whenever that call comes in. Just like the fire department, we are on call 24/7. We are normally able to be on site for the board up within an hour from the time the call comes in. We always bill the homeowner or insurance company direct. We never bill the fire department for the service that we provide. What other services does DRS provide? After the board up is complete, DRS provides a full array of restoration services to assist the customer in returning their home and possessions back to normal. The services we provide are: Water Mitigation- Extraction of water and drying out the structure due to water damage. Fire Damage Repairs- The physical repairs to the customers home. As general contractors, we can handle all aspects of the repair process. Complete Pack Out- Our Crews barcode, digitally inventory, and pack out all of the smoke and soot damaged items in the customers home. Contents Restoration- After items have been inventoried and delivered to our secure warehouse, our trained professionals begin the process of restoring the contents to a pre-loss condition. Electronics Restoration- Yes, thats right, even the electronics that sustained smoke and soot damage can be restored with the use of our specialized cleaning equipment. Ultrasonic Restoration- This is one of the most efficient ways to clean most contents. In a matter of minutes, we can remove the soot from contents with extreme precision. Even your most delicate items are safe with the ultrasonics. Garment Cleaning- This prices involves removing all the effected garments and delivering them to our secure facility. The smoke filled garments are professionally cleaned, pressed and stored until the home is ready to movie in. Pack in- After the home has been restored back to a pre-loss condition, our crews deliver the contents back to the home. We can even assist in putting all of the items back where they belong.
