Since 1996, TIPSY INC. has been manufacturing clothing in Los Angeles, California. We are a one-stop shop for all of your apparel needs. Our 40,000 square foot facility has its own cutting, sewing, finishing, embroidery and screen printing departments. We offer FREE CUSTOM ART with no set up fees and low minimums for wholesale orders. We carry around 130 items in our line and are open to creating custom garments from start to finish for you.
