Gould Construction implements a Drug Free Workplace policy. This policy certifies this company's intent to maintain a safe, drug-free workplace. All applicants will be tested for the presence of certain controlled substances prior to hire. On a weekly basis, Gould Construction will choose one or more employees for testing in a random manner from the work force as a whole to ensure the continuing lack of drugs in the workplace. At a minimum, Gould Construction conducts weekly site inspections and safety meetings. These meetings are held in both the English and Spanish languages. As further proof that Gould Construction is conscientious about the safety and health of our employees, subcontractors, and the general public, our current Experience Modification Rate for Worker's Compensation is 0.69.
