We focus on teaching yoga and inspiring you to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. A regular yoga practice has the power to transform our daily habits for the better. We believe in bringing people together and building community through this shared discipline. We are a vinyasa yoga studio located between the Gaslamp Quarter and the Marina District, in Downtown San Diego. Our yoga studio offers 38 yoga classes per week. The intensity level goes from Yin Yoga, Gentle Flow, Vinyasa Level 1, Vinyasa Level 1-2, Vinyasa Level 2-3, to Ashtanga.
