GPPC, Inc. is a diversified full service prime contractor with extensive experience in the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Federated States of Micronesia. Our portfolio includes a mix of large and small projects for the private and public sector. GPPC is currently certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a HUB-Zone and Small Disadvantage Business (SDB). GPPC has gained experience in airfield asphalt and major concrete paving as well as roadway projects up to $30 million. Our project teams are carefully assigned to each projects based on their knowledge of the requirements, policies and procedures of the specific contracting agency as well as their proven successful performance in achieving the budget, time, and quality assurance goals of the projects. With GPPC's established credentials in executing complex and challenging projects in all kinds of environment, GPPC has repeatedly delivered projects on time and of the highest quality. We are a very "hands on" contractor, performing a very high percentage of projects using in-house manpower and equipment.
