Granada Property Services or, GPS, is a professional property management company with over 14 years of experience in Central America. GPS is one of the few companies in Nicaragua who specialize in association management for homeowners and developers. The owners, Janice and John-Marc Gallagher, have owned and operated Granada Property Services in Granada, Nicaragua for the past 10 years. Before that, they had a very successful property management company in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Combined, they have a total of 40 years in the hospitality business, both in the United States and Central America. Our staff is bilingual and professional.
